Return Policy

Items shipped from Brands Deal can be returned within 15 days of receipt in most cases through the Online Returns Center. Some products may have different policies or requirements.

Return Conditions

Returns will be processed only if:

• The product was not damaged while in your possession.
• The product matches what was originally shipped to you.
• The product is returned in its original condition (sealed/unopened if applicable, with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories).

Return Process

• After courier pickup, processing may take up to 2 weeks.
• Refunds take 3–5 business days on your card.
• Refunds to Brands Deal Gift Balance take up to 4 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned. However, if a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or replacement (if available).

We may request photos, videos, or inspect the item before issuing refunds or replacements.

Replacement Policy

Some items may only be eligible for replacement. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Important Notes

• Abuse of the return policy may result in account restrictions or suspension.
• We do not accept items that were not originally purchased from Brands Deal.
• Wrong items sent to us will not be refunded or returned.

Seller Return Policy

For marketplace sellers (third-party), returns are handled directly by the seller.

• Return address within Egypt
• Prepaid return label
• Full refund without return (in some cases)

If the seller does not comply, you may file a claim for assistance.

Return Window

Most items can be returned within 15–20 days of delivery.
